Our team which includes our specialists, Dr Lalak and Dr Rathore, nurses and specialist administrators in consultation with our extended multidisciplinary team, will ensure a holistic and collaborative approach to all our patients. Dr Nestor Lalak has worked in the South West Sydney area and Southern Highlands for almost 20 years. Working alongside a range of doctors and patients, he has established strong relationships with patients and colleagues in all his work, and has become well respected in his speciality. Dr Lalak believes that working collaboratively with the patient and their family to explain all options relating to their condition is essential, and allowing patients to have choice in their treatment with a clear, defined management plan.

He is highly regarded as a specialist urologist, particularly for his surgical skills including proficiency in Robotic surgery.
